OUR FOUNDER & EDUCATOR
With over 20 years experience in the hairdressing industry, working for Peter Mark as a Colour Specialist & Educator & for L’Oréal Professional as a Technical Consultant, I developed Gruaig Education. An in-salon training system that can be personalised to your needs.
After completing my apprenticeship, I graduated from the L’Oréal Colour Specialist Programme, during which, I received ‘Train the Trainer’ & Presentation Skills training.
Later I worked as a Barber in The Grafton Barber & as a L’Oréal Technical Consultant. I travelled all over Ireland delivering education & presenting. While working at L’Oréal, I taught the L’Oréal Colour Specialist Degree, wrote their Intermediate Cutting course & presented Colour Trophy.
I am incredibly passionate about our industry & the education within it. My aim is to make education accessible to ANYONE who is looking to add to their experience & development.
